With qualifications in loss adjusting and insurance, Mark has a sound understanding of insurance policies and claims generally. He regularly provides advice to underwriters and brokers on policy matters including wordings and levels of cover. His professional specialties are the assessment and management of financial risk and losses, in particular business interruption, fidelity, stock and liability claims.

Over the years he has also developed an interest in investigative and forensic accounting, and has given evidence in Court as an expert witness.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is an Associate of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (UK), a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and a FUEDI European Loss Adjusting Expert.
